Saw a book in a doctor's office recently titled something like Foods and Their Health Power. It had some interesting content, individual pages devoted to foods such as coffee. Alas, when I go to the publisher's website, I see that there is a 7th Day Adventist connection of focus to the publishing house. No thanks!
For coffee, for example, it said no nutritional value other than from sugar added. It is part of some Encyclopedia of Foods under direction of some Dr PAMPLONA-ROGER.
