"Dear Terry,
Firstly I would like to apologise about the unsatisfactory experience
you had with a Java republic product. This letter is in response to the
complaint received by yourself, regarding a coffee which you purchased on a BA
flight. I understand it must have been an unpleasant experience for you to
drink a cup full of coffee grounds, and unfortunately the only way to consume
this coffee on flight is through the Suprlids which are provided with the
coffee by the airline.
I would like to thank
you for your feedback as here at Java Republic we aim to deliver the highest
standard of Quality to our customers at all times.
Kind Regards
Diane

I bought your coffee on BA and proceeded to drink a cup full
of coffee grounds. It was atrocious. As BA explained it to me later, the only
option is to drink it through a plastic top. I refuse to drink my coffee in
such a manner and clearly you don’t care very much about the quality of the
coffee if that is what you intended.
